Project for the reform, rehabilitation and expansion of the old Teatro de l'Artesà as a cultural center for the performing arts, with an Italian-style hall for 600 seats (audience, amphitheater, music pit and stage), multipurpose hall for 150 seats, rooms rehearsal, exhibition hall-hall, bar, offices, dressing rooms, services and warehouses. The proposal wants to reconcile the new architectural and functional requirements of a modern theater with the recognition and preservation of the heritage values ​​of the old theater and its surroundings.

L’Artesà, un teatre modernista per al segle XXI

Despré de prop de 30 anys sense rebre ni espectadors ni artistes, el Teatre L’Artesà del Prat de Llobregat es torna a posar en marxa. L’espai, que al setembre complirà 100 anys d’existència i és propietat de l’Ajuntament del municipi, ha viscut els últims dos anys una reforma integral que ha costat 12,5 milions d’euros i que l’ha convertit en un nou teatre preparat perquè la vida escènica hi torni a bategar.

Good progress with renovation work in Plaça de la Natura, Park Güell

Underground waterproofing work has now been completed in Plaça de la Natura, in Park Güell, preventing water from filtering down to the supporting pillars underneath, in the Sala Hipòstila. Renovation work on the park’s characteristic trencadis bench is also now concluding.

Falta una escola d'adults al barri del Poblenou. Aquesta és una de les principals preocupacions recollides pel Programa d'Actuació Municipal (PAM), iniciat durant el primer trimestre de l'any, i que el Districte de Sant Martí solucionarà amb l'equipament construït al número 128 de la rambla del Poblenou. L'edifici podria obrir les seves portes a l'alumnat com a màxim a principis de l'any 2014, segons les previsions municipals.
