Rehabilitation of the old factory of Ca L'Alier

Rehabilitation of the old factory of Ca l'Alier located inte district of Sant Martí in Barcelona. It is a building built in 1853 and Ajuntament de Barcelona has promoted an urban regeneration process in the north 22@ (Smart City Campus). It is in the style of industrial architecture and is classified as Patrimonial level of protection  D (Bé d'interès documental) and level C of interventions.

Sustainable certification Leed Platinium / Certified Net Zero Energy Building / Energy certification type A.
