Rehabilitation and improvement of different areas of Park Güell:

Lot 8: Fuente de la Sarva, conditioning of the access to the cistern, restoration of benches, restoration of the Baix viaduct, reinforcement of railings and benches, roff repair of Sala Hipóstila.

The Park Güell complex is declared historical-artistic as "Bien Cultural de Interés Nacional" (BCIN) in the historical monument category. It is also included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites since 1984.
