Rehabilitation works for the School of Audiovisual Media of Barcelona in block 7 of Can Batlló (EMAV).

The factory was founded by Joan Batlló i Barrera and was built between 1878-1880, and according to the special architectural protection plan is cataloged at level B - BCIL).

Winning work of the Bonaplata Aqward for the rehabilitation of industrial heritage granted by the Association Museum of Science and Technology and Industrial Archeology of Catalonia, in the category of real estate.
